Succulent and tasty these chops are a barbecue favourite.

Rub the chops well with a cut clove of garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and plenty of dried oregano. Place on a hot barbecue and barbecue for 4 minutes on each side.

Remove from the barbecue and serve with a salad of iceberg lettuce wedges, peeled cucumber chunks and mint leaves dressed with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
